  • Attends regular meetings with contractors, owners and other stake holders to review ongoing construction activities, updates, changes and progress
  • Evaluates construction activities and helps to identify constructibility, schedule, process and installation issues that could impact the IT mandate
  • May act as a “translator” between the needs of construction and IT to ensure a coordinated and collaborative project delivery
  • Assists in conflict resolution between IT and construction management representatives
  • Reviews plans and specifications forming part of contract to identify interaction with IT installation
  • Reviews construction KPIs and interprets them as they relate to IT objective 




  • Degree in Engineering or related field with heavy construction experience and professional designation
  • Minimum 12 years of experience demonstrating increased complexity in project and team management over that period
  • MUST HAVE Experience with health care, critical facilities, Data Centers and IT
  • MUST HAVE Experience in large construction projects delivered in Design Build model
  • MUST HAVE Experience with mission critical infrastructure
  • MUST HAVE Experience with IT systems as well as critical Mechanical, Electrical, Emergency Power and Life Safety Systems
  • Extremely strong communicator with ability to guide negotiations and conflict resolution
  • Relationship builder and strong leadership acumen
  • Excellent client management skills with proven track record of satisfied clients
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)
