-Working closely with the digital marketing team to collaborate on all direct to consumer email campaigns.
-Execution of all day-to-day operational tasks to support email marketing schedule. -Building HTML emails with support from the digital marketing team.
-Utilize our CRM/SAP marketing platform to deploy/schedule email campaigns. -Utilize email testing application to check responsive emails.
-Set up A/B test and learn campaigns (subject line, creative, layout, copy,
etc.) to identify marketing opportunities with support from the insights analyst.
-Create and maintain automated, personalized campaigns to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
-Report on key engagement metrics (deliverability, opens, clicks, unsubscribes).
-Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all creative assets meet objectives and deadline.
-Work in partnership with key stakeholders, to identify and prioritise opportunities that may be carried out by the wider team.
The Ideal Candidate
-Ability to use HTML and build creative eDM using HTML coding and images and links provided from the digital team.
-Ability to plan and develop the eDM campaigns and report on them.
-An understanding of database marketing concepts and technologies.
-Previous experience in campaign management & reporting. preferably have hands on experience using CRM platforms such as SAP Hybris (Marketing Cloud, Commerce and SAP Analytics Cloud) or similar.
-Ability to manipulate data for campaigning, reporting and analytical projects.
-Experience with data visualisation reports and dashboards e. Google Analytics.
-Has knowledge of technologies such as social media platforms (Twitter/Facebook) to help manage audiences for digital activities.
-You will ideally be passionate about fashion, lifestyle and retail marketing.
-Strong attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking -Ability to distil and translate complex analysis into actionable insights that others will understand. -A self-motivated individual with high levels of energy. Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure.
-BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field (ideal).
